Upon purchasing a product, the buyer will be provided with a tracking number within 1 - 2 working days after a successful purchase. Please take note that all products purchased, will depart the Bikini Love offices the very next working day. For example, if you make a purchase on a Tuesday, your parcel will be packaged and sent off the next working day which would be Wednesday. Bikini Love does not send bikinis off on weekends so if you make your purchase on a Friday, it will be packed and sent off the next Monday.  We try our very best to get the parcels sent off ASAP, however we need to do a little bit of tanning ourselves this summer...

Overnight Delivery To Your Door In South Africa

Being a purely e-commerce company, we pride ourselves in being able to provide our products to all customers regardless of where you stay. Our orders are shipped throughout South Africa via Aramex Couriers directly to your front door. As discussed below:

  • EXPRESS DELIVERY :  For all purchases under R550 we charge a flat rate of R99 per an order. All orders placed before via our website, will be packaged and handed over to the courier the very next working day (please see above for more details regarding this). Your parcel will then be sent via Aramex couriers overnight express service, so if you reside in a main center city you can expect delivery to take place the very next working day after departure. Please take note that if you reside in an "outlying" or "rural" area, a 2-3 working day delay may occur.

All bikini purchases are insured by us on your behalf during the delivery period. This guarantees that you will receive your parcel in brand new condition and if the product is damaged or lost we will send you a replacement without delay. Bikini Love takes no responsibility for delays caused by the above mentioned courier. The responsibility lies on that of the customer to ensure that an individual is at the provided address to collect for and sign for the package. Bikini Love would recommend tracking your parcel using the supplied information after purchasing. Please note that delays will take place in the event of public holidays, as couriers do not do deliveries on public holidays or weekends.

  • INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Bikini Love charges a flat rate of R500 ZAR delivery fee for any purchases from customers outside of South Africa. Your bikini will be posted to you via Aramex Couriers and delivered to your front door in only 5 working days. Your parcel can be tracked at all times
Bikini Love takes no responsibility for delays or non delivery caused by the above mentioned courier companies. In the case of international purchases  all customs duties, local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.
