We understand that not all bikinis fit the same and that exchanges and returns will need to be made, however there are a few conditions that need to be met before exchanges can be accepted.
All items being returned need to have all the original packaging, labels, sanitary stickers and must therefore be in showroom condition. Customers wishing to exchange/return merchandise must submit the below exchange form within 7 days of receiving the items for the return to be valid.
After submitting the exchange form below Bikini Love will happily collect the product from the customer, however the cost of having the new size or alternative product sent to you will be at the cost of the customer. Bikini Love views this as a 50 | 50 deal between buyer and seller.
In the case that the incorrect size or style was sent to the customer, Bikini Love will happily cover all the necessary costs to ensure that the customer gets exactly what they ordered. Please do take not that if a refund is requested shipping costs are non-refundable.
